JKE Ventures announces the start of construction of Phase II of the successful Allegro Townhome Community in the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle with pricing starting in the upper $200s.
Phase I of Allegro has been a success, selling out of more than two-thirds of the townhomes prior to completion of the first home.
The Allegro Townhome Community includes a total of 41 two- and three-bedroom townhome plans with private yards and detached garages. Reservations on specific homes are now being accepted.
